About the role

The Supply Chain Analyst role is responsible for establishing a stabilized overseas supply chain by understanding the basics of overseas procurement and enhancing related work capabilities. The role contributes to efficient resource management by managing optimized supply lead time and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The role is responsible for improving consensus between Sales/SCM/Marketing/Logistics by mitigating gaps to targets.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing weekly HHP PO SKU lists after GSCM 2nd MP update and communicating with each account team to confirm and provide feedback to GOC/Factory on a weekly basis
• Monitoring production schedule to coordinate and manage inbound status on a daily basis for both FG and bulk shipment as planned, including follow-up communication with the GOC team in the Suwon office
• Working with the PKG planning team to ensure weekly PKG quantity is aligned with weekly PSOP
• Working closely with the MPC packaging plan and coordinating with the Account and DF team to meet weekly/monthly sell-in
• Managing and tracking the monthly Unavailable EOH/Aging depletion process to consolidate the account team's depletion plan and monitor depletion status, including 'Unavailable inventory' through CRN, RB, and Scrap, and proactively consuming bulk (SM2/3) EOH prior to aging
• Reviewing and updating the status of previous week's RTF setback and distributing a weekly report, including reasons, to HQ in the Suwon office
• Providing weekly updates on assigned category supply status and supporting weekly SCM day meeting content
• Publishing weekly reports, assisting with projects, and performing ad-hoc analyses as business needs arise
• Managing New HHP launch Planning Tracker and providing support for AI-related projects

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Bilingual English/Korean (speak, read, write) preferred

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in business, data science, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
