About the role
Nintendo of America Inc. is dedicated to creating unique entertainment experiences. We partner with Nintendo Co., Ltd. to bring iconic franchises like Mario™, Donkey Kong™, The Legend of Zelda™, and others to the Americas through video games, hardware systems, and other initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Performs an array of warehouse functions including assembly, shipping, receiving, processing, picking, and filling orders.
- Trains and guides less experienced staff as needed.
- Maintains inventory controls and troubleshoots discrepancies.
- Ensures compliance with company policies such as CTPAT and JSOX, and follows safety guidelines.
- Communicates effectively in various settings and supports 5S and LEAN principles.
- Supports cross-departmental labor sharing.
Requirements
- Packaging or warehouse experience preferred.
- Teamwork and communication skills, including giving and receiving instructions and collaborating.
- Ability to brainstorm, suggest, and implement creative ideas and solutions.
- Basic computer skills including IBM iSeries, Excel, Oracle EBS, etc.
- Sound decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to read, write English, complete forms, and perform basic math.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
