Nintendo of America Inc. is dedicated to creating unique entertainment experiences. We partner with Nintendo Co., Ltd. to bring iconic franchises like Mario™, Donkey Kong™, The Legend of Zelda™, and others to the Americas through video games, hardware systems, and other initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Performs an array of warehouse functions including assembly, shipping, receiving, processing, picking, and filling orders.
• Trains and guides less experienced staff as needed.
• Maintains inventory controls and troubleshoots discrepancies.
• Ensures compliance with company policies such as CTPAT and JSOX, and follows safety guidelines.
• Communicates effectively in various settings and supports 5S and LEAN principles.
• Supports cross-departmental labor sharing.

Requirements

• Packaging or warehouse experience preferred.
• Teamwork and communication skills, including giving and receiving instructions and collaborating.
• Ability to brainstorm, suggest, and implement creative ideas and solutions.
• Basic computer skills including IBM iSeries, Excel, Oracle EBS, etc.
• Sound decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to read, write English, complete forms, and perform basic math.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
