Supply and Equipment Tech I

Full-time, day shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Supply and Equipment Tech I to join our team. In this role, you will manage, maintain, and distribute supplies and equipment to ensure smooth operational workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming supplies and equipment for accuracy and quality.
• Organize and maintain inventory records, ensuring all items are properly labeled and stored.
• Distribute supplies and equipment to appropriate departments or personnel in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to track stock levels and report discrepancies.
• Assist in ordering and replenishing supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in handling and storage of materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of storage areas and equipment rooms.
• Support other team members and departments with supply and equipment needs as required.
• Document and report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment for repair or replacement.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• One year or more of Supply Chain/Warehouse experience may be accepted in lieu of High School education.

• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to complete assigned tasks and coordinate with direct report on additional needs.
