How you'll make an impact in this role
- Daily Asset Management: Perform rigorous daily inventory cycles to ensure 100% availability of critical medical and surgical supplies in assigned clinical areas.
- Proactive Procurement: Identify depleted stock and prepare precise replacement documentation in accordance with departmental procurement procedures to prevent "stock-out" events.
- Readiness Maintenance: Ensure all clinical equipment and supplies are kept in a clean, sterile, and peak working condition, ready for immediate patient use.
- Area Organization: Optimize storage layouts to improve clinical workflow and ensure easy access for nursing and medical staff during procedures.
Education
What minimum requirements you'll need
Qualifications
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
