Supplier Quality Technician
- Support supplier quality performance by reviewing, validating, and managing PPAP submissions to ensure compliance with design, regulatory, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to drive quality, resolve issues, and support successful product launches.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with three (3) or more years of experience in quality, supplier quality, or PPAP coordination.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
Standout Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Working knowledge of AIAG Core Tools (PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
- Experience reviewing dimensional reports, certifications, and validation documentation.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality/document management systems.
- Certifications in quality or AIAG Core Tools.
- Experience with QMS systems, supplier portals, or PPAP platforms.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949.
- Experience with statistical analysis and process capability.
- Understanding of PPAP requirements and supplier documentation expectations.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration and supplier communication.
- Able to identify issues and drive timely resolution.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- The role combines office-based administrative duties with physical activity in field or production environments.
- In the office setting, tasks may require extended computer use, sitting, and attending meetings.
- Field or floor work may involve walking across various terrains or shop floors, standing, moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), climbing stairs, and exposure to varying temperatures or noise levels.
- Must be able to shift focus between detailed cognitive work and occasional physical tasks as needed.

Pay Range
$82,900.00 - $134,300.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
