Supplier Quality Technician
Primary Responsibilities
- Collections/records data and provides accurate test reports and manufacturing documents.
- Able to take direction from others on requirements to provide data back to aid in determining work methods.
- Participates in continuous improvement activities.
- Works with limited supervision.
- Performs technical support for assigned work area.
- Reports recommendations for improvements to technical issues.
- Carries out test/work requests.
- Creates quality control and standard work documentation.
- Performs safety assessment activities.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Evidence of responsibility for verifying product conformance to specifications either in a quality or production role.
- Experienced in the area of document creation and control.
- PREFERRED: Experience in an extrusion environment.
- Must be able to work with and communicate both verbally and written to all levels of the company.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, and work in a fast pace flexible environment.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and present recommendations in a clear, concise, and logical manner.
- Knowledge and experience with quality systems, statistical process control, process capability and lean manufacturing tools.
- Desire to continue to grow and develop personally.
- Must be able to stand up to 4-6 hrs.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Profit Sharing
In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
