Supplier Quality Specialist

Role: Senior Supplier Quality Specialist Responsibilities: Manage supplier quality systems, develop inspection procedures, notify suppliers of customer complaints, assess supplier capabilities through audits and visits, communicate quality issues, contribute to supplier performance reviews, support Supplier Development Quality programs, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, maintain positive communication across teams, oversee supplier selection, evaluation, qualification, corrective actions, and performance reviews. Develop and implement policies, review product/process changes, and ensure departmental SOP adherence. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, strong communication, project management, and leadership skills, ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment, and willingness to travel. Preferred: 5+ years in medical device or related fields, experience with Supplier Quality Systems and regulated industries.
