About the role
The Supplier Quality Manager develops, implements, and continuously improves Greenfield Global’s Supplier Quality Management Program. This role ensures compliance with standards like ISO 9001 and IPEC-PQG GMP, and manages supplier relationships to meet quality, regulatory, and customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute supplier quality strategy aligned with business objectives and global quality standards
- Lead supplier qualification, audits (internal, second and third party), and performance monitoring programs
- Establish and manage the Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) program, including issuance, tracking, and effectiveness verification
- Design, support, and implement second source strategies aligned with corporate supply chain resilience initiatives
- Establish strategic supplier relationships and facilitate regular performance and business reviews
- Maintain Supplier Quality Agreements (SQAs), ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and compliance expectations
- Drive supplier quality improvements through root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure supplier change control processes are effectively managed and risks are assessed through formal Management of Change (MoC)
- Ensure supplier compliance with applicable regulatory and quality requirements, including ISO 9001, IPEC-PQG GMP, EXCiPACT, and customer-specific requirements
- Partner cross-functionally with Procurement, QA, QC, Operations, and Technical Services to drive alignment and execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 7+ years in Quality or Supplier Quality within a GMP/ISO regulated environment
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, IPEC-PQG GMP, EXCiPACT, and supplier quality management requirements
- Experience with supplier audits, supplier development, and QMS integration
