Supplier Quality Integration Engineer
Basic Qualifications
- Familiar with Procure-to-Pay or SAP or anything else.
- Experience in one of the following disciplines: Quality Engineering, Systems Engineering, Materials Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering or anything else related.
- Ability to work in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) & Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to obtain a Secret Clearance and requires an Interim Secret prior to start.

- Development of contract requirements review and adoption.
- Creation of Quality Assurance Plans.
- Parts Plan development.
- SOW generation.
- CDRL/EIDP requirements.
- Quality Requirements Checklist/Letter Q-Code Matrix creation.
- PO Coding (SCQ Coding group).
- PMP/EEE engagement – Parts Plan, SP29D002.
- Proactive Supplier Engagement.
- Supplier selection input (Supplier Scorecard).
- Special Process/3001 Surveys.
- PAI/SIP generation.
- PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR, HAR, PSR.
- RBSRI application.
- Production/ATLO Support.
- Supplier Liable QNotes SCANs/SCARs.
- Program CAB SLARs eSIP Engagement.
- SCQ Metrics.
- Contract Material Transfers – Program assessment/approval.
- Supplier VRIC, QNote, FRB.
- Supplier Status meetings, visit coordination, audit coordination.
- Q-Code removal evaluation.
- SCQ coordination items.
- Suppliers, RI, Production Centers, ATLO.
Desired Skills
- Technical Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience with Supply Chain Quality Engineering.
- Defect resolution through implementation of effective root cause corrective action.
- Quality Material Review Board (MRB) certification.
- Leverage Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Program.
- Quality Engineering Experience.
- Supplier Quality Engineering Experience.
- Survey/Supplier Auditing Experience.
- RCCA Certification and/or experience.
- ASQ Certification (CQE, CSQP, CMQ/OE, CSSGB, CSSBB, etc.).
- 5+ years of related experience.
