Responsibilities
- Conduct supplier quality audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with Pratt & Whitney requirements, applicable regulatory standards, quality management systems, and customer requirements.
- Monitor and analyze supplier quality performance, identify trends and potential risks, and drive opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Lead or support Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities for supplier quality issues, including containment, root cause analysis, corrective action planning, implementation, and effectiveness verification.
- Develop and manage corrective action plans with suppliers to address process failures, nonconformances, and recurring quality issues.
