Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain supplier performance management processes
- Develop and manage supplier scorecards
- Monitor supplier performance against established KPIs
- Conduct regular supplier performance reviews
- Drive supplier accountability and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions
- Support long-term supplier development efforts
- Ensure suppliers execute production plans in alignment with business requirements
- Maintain production progress across all active suppliers
- Review production schedules and identify risks to delivery commitments
- Coordinate recovery plans when production disruptions occur
- Ensure production priorities remain aligned with business needs
- Escalate critical production risks when required
- Evaluate supplier capacity against forecasted demand requirements
- Monitor production capabilities and constraints
- Identify capacity risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between Gymreapers and suppliers
- Facilitate communication regarding production priorities, schedules, and execution requirements
- Coverage issue resolution across suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure timely communication of production status and risks
- Support alignment between suppliers and internal teams
- Lead factory coordination
- Monitor supplier lead time performance
- Track lead time trends and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop corrective actions when lead time performance falls below expectations
- Partner with suppliers to improve responsiveness and reliability
- Support continuous improvement of supplier execution performance
- Lead supplier escalation processes
- Resolve production, delivery, quality, and capacity issues
- Coordinate cross-functional support when supplier issues impact business performance
- Ensure timely resolution of critical supply chain disruptions
- Communicate escalation status and recovery plans to leadership
- Proactively identify supplier risks that could impact supply continuity
- Develop and monitor mitigation and recovery plans
- Monitor operational, capacity, quality, and business risks affecting suppliers
- Escalate significant risks to leadership with recommended actions
- Support business continuity planning efforts
- Lead and develop the Production Analyst and Quality Analyst functions
- Establish priorities, goals, and performance expectations
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities
- Promote accountability and continuous improvement across the team
- Build scalable processes and operating disciplines
- Partner with Supply Planning to ensure supplier execution supports approved supply plans
- Partner with Strategic Sourcing on supplier development initiatives
- Partner with Product Development during product launches and supplier onboarding
- Partner with Compliance on supplier compliance requirements
- Partner with Finance regarding supplier performance impacts and business risks
- Partner with Plant Operations regarding production execution and manufacturing requirements

Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in: Supplier Operations, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations, Supplier Management, Production Management
- Experience managing supplier relationships
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with ERP systems and production reporting tools
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience managing teams and developing talent
