Supplier Onboarding Workstream Lead

About the role

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier onboarding efforts for an M&A Source-to-Pay integration, driving strategy and execution to minimize disruption to business operations.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Technology stakeholders to design and deliver onboarding processes and readiness plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution and report progress to program leadership.
• Lead the supplier onboarding workstream from planning through execution.
• Develop onboarding strategies, plans, milestones, and readiness schedules.
• Execute supplier outreach, issue resolution, and readiness assessments.
• Coordinate supplier communications and engagement activities.
• Manage supplier data collection, validation, and onboarding requirements.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to establish onboarding processes.
• Monitor onboarding progress, track readiness metrics and adoption milestones.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and provide regular status reporting to program leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project/program management experience.
• Experience leading supplier onboarding, procurement transformation, or supplier enablement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of procurement and supplier management processes.
• Experience managing external supplier relationships.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Experience supporting Source-to-Pay or Procure-to-Pay implementations, experience with supplier management platforms and ERP systems, experience in acquisition or integration programs, PMP certification or equivalent are helpful but not required.

$45.07 - $56.34/hour
