Supplier and Procurement Manager

About the role

The Supplier and Procurement Manager will oversee the sourcing and negotiation of materials and services from suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality products/services.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to optimize costs and terms.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for cost savings and improved supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supplier management roles.
• Experience with contract negotiations and supplier relationship management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with procurement software tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Pay
