NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV Supervisory Industrial Engineer / Supervisory Operations Research Analyst

Responsibilities

• Ensure all products and services provided to Cost Department customers comply with established Cost Department policy, procedures, and processes.
• Deliver accurate, timely, and consistent cost products that meet Cost Department quality standards.
• Coordinate reviews with the Cost Department Director(s) before meetings or events where analysis or department-represented products are presented to high-ranking officials.
• Contribute to change and growth within the Cost Department by assisting in the research and development of new tools, techniques, processes, and training.
• Maintain familiarity with Department of Defense Directives and DoD Regulations governing the current defense acquisition process.
• Plan, manage, supervise, and evaluate the organization’s functions, programs, and resources.
• Evaluate work performance of subordinates and recommend official performance ratings.
• Identify developmental and training needs of employees, providing or arranging for necessary development and training.
