SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY ENGINEER/OPERATIONS RESEARCH ANALYST

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will begin supervise a Branch comprised of junior level, journey level and senior level operation research analysts, mission engineers, scientists, and military officers.
• You will plan and assign work based on priorities, schedules and capabilities; monitors and reviews work conducted by teams; manages and coordinates resources.
• You will identify digital engineering and MBSE methodology to be employed in major efforts.
• You will direct and coordinate the work of other engineers in performing efforts within his/her purview.
• You will assist in the recruiting, hiring and training of lower-graded employees assigned to the incumbent for specific projects and programs.
