Supervisory Business Development Specialist.

Duties

• Serves as a key leader for customer engagement strategies, planning and executing new projects and storage and distribution (S/D) business opportunities.
• Performs supervisory duties, directing and managing subordinate supervisors and leaders.
• Coordinates joint studies with partners and customer agencies to develop emerging storage and distribution solutions.
• Performs marketing duties to promote storage and distribution capabilities and participates in management conferences with high-level officials.
• Develops plans of actions and milestones (POAM) to transition new work seamlessly to DLA Distribution operations.
• Remains technically competent and conversant in all new business and strategic engagement program areas and be knowledgeable about the political implications at the local, state, national, and international levels.
