Required Documents

• Current or former federal employees (including current FAA employees): Submit a copy of your most recent (non-award) SF-50, Notification of Personnel Action, or equivalent document verifying tenure (block 24, code 1 or 2). FAA employees must also provide an SF-50 containing information in Blocks 15, 17, 18, 19, 22, and 24 to verify position title, series, grade, tenure, and organization of record.
• Education-based qualifications: Provide transcripts or proof of accreditation from a U.S. Department of Education-recognized institution. Only education from accredited schools will be credited.
• Veterans: Submit applicable documentation (e.g., DD-214, VA letter).
