About the role

This position serves as a Supervisory Aviation Safety Inspector who will assist the Manager in a Flight Standards organization. The role reports to the applicable Manager of the assigned organization and executes the Agency's aviation safety mission. Responsibilities include communicating and building change coalitions, seeking opportunities to support change across the organization, and employing best practices for sponsoring change and managing resistance.
