We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading (the page already shows it). Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to parse the posting. Content: Summary paragraph: "The Supervisory Administrative Services Manager works for the Director of Acute Care within the Office of Patient Care Services - Nursing Service Line and is part of the administrative leadership reporting directly to the Business Manager. The incumbent functions as the administrative manager for the clinical leaders responsible for the Acute Care specialties - which are covered at American Lake - Ft. Lawton - Community Out Based Clinics and Seattle." Qualifications: includes time-in-grade requirement, specialized experience, education, combination, link to OPM. Duties: long list. Work Schedule: "Monday through Friday - schedule available: 6:30am - 3pm - 7am - 3:30pm - 7:30am - 4pm To be discussed during interview Telework: Ad-Hoc Only Virtual: This is not a virtual position" Position Description/PD#: "Supervisory Administrative Specialist/PD412050" Relocation/Recruitment Incentives: Not Authorized etc. Critical Skills Incentive (CSI): Not Authorized Permanent Change of Station (PCS): Not Authorized We need to decide sections: About the role (summary), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (qualifications), maybe Skills (critical skills? but they are not authorized). Benefits? Not mentioned. Pay? Not mentioned. Schedule? Yes schedule is given. So we can include Schedule section. We should not include Benefits, Pay if not present. We need to include sections only if real content. Thus sections: About the role (summary), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (qualifications), Schedule (work schedule). Possibly also "Position Description" but not required heading; maybe we can fold into About the role or a short p. We must not repeat job title as heading. We need to use

for each section heading. Inside sections, use

    for prose,

    • for lists. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Thus we need to include all details from summary, qualifications, duties, schedule, position description, incentives (though they say Not Authorized - that is substantive? It says Not Authorized; we could include but maybe it's not a benefit; it's a statement about incentives not authorized. Should we include? It's not a benefit; it's a statement that certain incentives are not authorized. Could be considered part of "Benefits" but they said not to create Benefits unless posting actually states them. It does state them (Not Authorized). So we could include a Benefits section with that info. However they said "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state them (Not Authorized). So we could include Benefits section with that content. But we need to avoid filler placeholder like "not specified". "Not Authorized" is specific. So we could include Benefits section with that. Similarly, Schedule is present. Pay is not mentioned, so no Pay section. We need to decide if we include a Benefits section with the incentives not authorized. That seems okay. We also have "Position Description/PD#: Supervisory Administrative Specialist/PD412050". That's metadata; we could fold into a short p under About the role or a separate section like "Position Details". But headings limited to the list; we could add a section like "Position Details" but not in allowed headings list? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect only those headings. So we should stick to those. So we can put position description in About the role paragraph. Similarly, relocation incentives etc go under Benefits. Now we need to preserve all substantive information: we must include time-in-grade details, specialized experience examples, education requirements, combination, link to OPM, etc. We must not include boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting didn't have that. We must not include duplicated lines. We must not include application instructions (like "To be discussed during interview" maybe part of schedule; we can keep that as part of schedule description). The phrase "To be discussed during interview" is part of schedule; we keep. Now produce HTML. Structure:

      About the role

... summary + position description maybe.

      Responsibilities

      • ... each duty as list items.

      Requirements

... qualifications prose? But we have lists for specialized experience, education, combination. Could use

for each. We need to preserve all details: Time-In-Grade requirement, specialized experience examples, education requirement, combination, link. We could structure as:

        Requirements

To qualify for this position - applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement - 10/05/2026.

Time-In-Grade Requirement: Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For a GS-09 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-07. The grade may have been in any occupation - but must have been held in the Federal service. An SF-50 that shows your time-in-grade eligibility must be submitted with your application materials. If the most recent SF-50 has an effective date within the past year - it may not clearly demonstrate you possess one-year time-in-grade - as required by the announcement. In this instance - you must provide an additional SF-50 that clearly demonstrates one-year time-in-grade. Note: Time-In-Grade requirements also apply to former Federal employees applying for reinstatement as well as current employees applying for Veterans Employment Opportunities Act of 1998 (VEOA) appointment.

You may qualify based on your experience and/or education as described below:

        • Specialized Experience: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-07 in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Examples of specialized experience would typically include - but are not limited to: Clinical operations and workload management in healthcare delivery systems; knowledge of human resources procedures; Basic budget and accounting principles; Analyzation of current or projected operational programs in order to establish priorities and milestones; Analytical tools and techniques used to gather - analyze and report and/or present information; Skilled in oral and written communication in order to prepare and present recommendations and solutions regarding complex issues.
        • OR - Education: Applicants may substitute education for the required experience. To qualify based on education for this grade level you must have: master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D. - if related (TRANSCRIPTS REQUIRED).
        • OR - Combination: Applicants may also combine education and experience to qualify at this level. For more information on these qualification standards - please visit the United States Office of Personnel Management's website at https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/.
But we need to avoid duplicating "OR -" etc. Could keep as separate list items. Now Responsibilities: we need to extract duties list. The duties paragraph is long with many sentences. We need to break into list items for each duty. Let's parse duties text: "Duties The Supervisory Administrative Services Manager will provide direct supervision to staff who are disbursed throughout the Acute Care Section of Nursing ServiceDuties may include - but are not limited to: Supervision: Planning the work to be accomplished by subordinates by setting and adjusting short-term priorities and prepares schedules for completion of workEvaluating the work performance of subordinates - developing and/or updating annual performance plan for subordinates and ensuring the staff has competency assessments completedInterviewing candidates for positions and recommending appointment - promotion - or reassignmentEffecting minor disciplinary measures such as warning and reprimands and recommending other actions in more serious casesProgram Management Performs qualitative and quantitative analysis for the Acute Care Section of Nursing Service including data retrieval - data analytics - report creation - records and statistical computations for accuracy and proprietyDevelops and prepares graphic charts with narrative comments to supplement reporting systemsAssists and provides documentation to the service Contractive Officer RepresentativeContracts that would be applicable to Acute Care Section include but are not limited to equipment contracts - personnel contracts and bed contractsAnalyzes and researches workload processes - office procedures - coding practices - statistics - records - reports - and other pertinent issues to work through data issues and assist in determining the best practice for capturing data and ensuring its accuracy regarding Acute CareAnalyzes statistical reports to ensure data is reasonable and if the data is in line with or represents a variance from historical dataIdentifies improvement opportunities and coordinates findings with nursing leaders and the Business Officer to implement improvements and resolve deficiencies in Acute CareDevelops and uses budget estimates to make resource allocation recommendations and decisionsEquipment Program Manager Serves as the Acute Care Section of Nursing Service Equipment Program ManagerPerforms management analysis duties related to the Equipment Authorization and Usage ProgramEvaluates requests and conducts research of all available information for equipment requirements - authorizations - documentation and usageAdvises Business Manager of equipment problemsContract/Purchasing Program Manager Maintains overall accountability of all customer packages and funding documents to ensure mission accomplishment directly related to Acute Care Section of Nursing ServiceRecords and reports the status of contract requests and actively monitors milestones placed upon customers in the procurement processHuman Resource Responsibilities Responsibility for submitting required documentation to the Business Manager of Nursing Service Line section including directing the development and submission of all Human Resources action documentationPreparing WebHR to submit SF-52 requests for recruitment - promotion - pay - and loss actions Coordinating all recruitment actions for positions within the Service Line with the Business Officer including ensuring tour of duty requests and board actions for providers are initiated - preparing requests for recruitment and submitting them to the Resource Review Committee (RRC) - developing KSA's - crediting plans and following PBI interviewing techniques to ensure the positions are filled with the best candidates" We need to split into sensible list items. Could group by categories: Supervision, Program Management, Equipment Program Manager, Contract/Purchasing Program Manager, Human Resource Responsibilities. We'll create list items for each bullet. Now Schedule: "Work Schedule: Monday through Friday - schedule available: 6:30am -
