CopperPoint has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor Workers Comp Claims. In this leadership role, you will oversee a team of workers’ compensation claims professionals, driving performance, accountability, quality claims management, and exceptional customer service. You will lead claims adjusters across multiple experience levels, as well as administrative staff, while partnering with a regional team supporting the Southwest. The position is remote‑based, with preference for candidates near the Phoenix or Dallas offices (Atlanta, Seattle, or Anchorage also considered). Occasional travel (

Responsibilities
- Ensures high level claims handling to comply with all regulatory guidelines, internal best practices, timeliness and results.
- Regularly communicates throughout the department and ensures alignment of goals and quality assurance, key initiatives and performance.
- Hires, develops, coaches, and retains staff with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to ensure optimal performance and results.
- Provides leadership and career development to all staff levels to support organization succession planning.
- Partners with other claim leaders to ensure equitable workload support and balance.
- Develops and maintains partnerships and service level agreements with leaders within other divisions to ensure processes and workflows are effective, and customer service goals are being met.
