OTHR$65k–$92k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description: "This position manages daily staffing and vehicle requirements..." That's about the role. Then responsibilities list (Essential DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES). Then Qualifications (including education, experience, license, etc). Then Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (could be Skills). Then maybe Benefits? There's a link to benefits but no explicit benefits listed; we should not create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It only gives a link; not specific benefits. So we omit Benefits. Pay Range is given: $65,177.00 - $92,062.25 Annual. So we can include Pay section. Schedule? Not mentioned. So omit Schedule. We need headings:

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use appropriate ones. We have About the role (the paragraph after "At Regional Transportation District..."). Responsibilities: the Essential DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES list. Qualifications: includes education, experience, license requirements. Skills: the KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS And ABILITIES list. Pay: the Pay Range. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must preserve all substantive info; remove boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. Also remove the "Please complete the application..." etc. Also remove the link to benefits? It's a link but not specific benefits; we can keep as maybe part of About? But it's a link to benefits page; but we are not to create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. The link is just a reference; we could keep it in About the role paragraph? It's not substantive about role; it's a link. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO but it's a benefits link. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The benefits link is not exactly those; but it's a link to benefits page. It's not a substantive benefit description. Might be considered navigation? Safer to omit it. We'll keep only substantive info. Also remove "OTHER: An equivalent combination..." maybe part of Qualifications? It's a note; we can include as part of Qualifications. Also remove "WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:" etc. That's not requested as a heading; we could include as part of About? But it's not required heading; we could include as a paragraph under About the role? It's substantive but not under a specific heading. Since we only output headings we choose, we could include it as a paragraph under About the role or maybe under Responsibilities? Better to add a paragraph under About the role describing work environment. However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could incorporate that into About the role. Also "CAREER MAP:" etc. Could be included under About the role or maybe as its own section? Not a standard heading; we could incorporate into About the role. We must not invent sections like Benefits if not stated. So we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Pay. Now format: Use

for each heading. Then content:

for prose,

  • for lists. We need to preserve all substantive information: ensure we include all duties, qualifications, knowledge/skills, pay range. Let's extract details. About the role: The paragraph starting "At Regional Transportation District (RTD), We make lives better through connections!" includes values, mission, etc. Also the sentence: "This position manages daily staffing and vehicle requirements to ensure all scheduled service is fully covered and operates on time. The role builds and adjusts schedules, monitors extra board and overtime usage, and responds to last‑minute staffing or operational changes to prevent missed trips or service interruptions. It collaborates closely with operations staff on work assignments, vehicle deployment, detours, and system issues, while maintaining strong partnerships with employees, union leadership, and other departments. The position ensures compliance with safety standards, policies, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements, and supports a positive, productive work environment. Additional responsibilities include analyzing operational data and preparing detailed reports for administrative and bargaining‑unit staff. This is a safety sensitive position subject to the rules and regulations of the RTD Drug and Alcohol Policy." Also later: "CAREER MAP: Based on job performance, experience, education and position availability the next step on the career map for this position may be: Assistant Manager, Operations or Supervisor, Transit System & Support" Also "WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The work environment and physical demands described here are representative of those required by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodations. The work environment is a typical office environment with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues." We can combine these into About the role paragraph(s). Use

for each paragraph. Responsibilities: list of duties under "Essential DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:" each line starts with a verb. We'll make

    • for each. Qualifications: bullet list? The text: "Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.A minimum of one (1) year in transit operations, maintenance, schedule making, or a related support function. Must possess a valid driver’s license.Must have a valid Colorado driver's license or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire. No DUI, DWI, or Reckless Driving violations in the past 5 years.Ability to obtain Light Rail Vehicle Operator certification within 90 days of hire and maintain certification." Also "OTHER: An equivalent combination of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities." We'll make
      • for each. Skills: the KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS And ABILITIES list: many sentences. We'll break into
        • each. Pay:

          Pay Range $65,177.00 - $92,062.25 Annual

Now ensure we don't include any boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. Let's craft HTML. We'll output:
