About the role

Responsible for supervising the warehousing and shipping of incoming and outgoing materials. Supervises warehouse personnel.

Schedule: 2nd Shift starts between 4:00pm - 7:00pm

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily activities of the warehouse
  • Manage within labor and OPEX budget
  • Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members
  • Assist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss control
  • Communication with peers, managers, and other departments
  • Schedule warehouse team members to meet the demands of the facility
  • Allocate necessary space for stock rotation
  • Oversee shipping and receiving functions as applicable
  • Secure company assets
  • Maintain compliance of safety procedures
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or GED) required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2-4 years warehouse/inventory experience required
  • 2-4 years supervising warehouse/inventory staff required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office programs
  • Proficient with SAP
  • Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack required
  • Ability to lift product (up to 50lb) frequently and repetitively required

Pay

Base pay range is $80,169 to $85,863 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
