Responsibilities
- Support the management team
- Be a resource for all departments
- Model for customer service
- Drive for sales
- Be a skilled problem solver
- Coach and model exceptional customer service
- Train and oversee the daily work activity of team members
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Help enforce loss prevention and safe food handling procedures
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Operate equipment, troubleshoot breakdowns, maintain supplies, and perform preventive maintenance
- Replenish customer service stations, order/receive supplies or products, and take out trash
- Absorb and process sales transactions
Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment
- Prior supervisor or manager experience
- High-energy, friendly personality, with strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Basic reading, writing, and accounting skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
