About the role
Supervise and implement the company construction program ensuring adherence to construction rules, practices, and policies.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operations
- Complete assigned projects
- Communicate and lead job foremen and crew members
- Organize materials, equipment, and labor
- Verify locates, materials, and billings
- Provide all required job reporting
- Complete as-builts and redlines
- Participate actively in and take responsibility for safety, maintenance, production, and personnel-related initiatives
- Previous utility construction crew leadership experience required
- Experience with telecom MSA contracts preferred
- Out-of-town travel and on-call availability required
- Valid driver's license with good record, Class A CDL license preferred
Requirements
- Age 18 or older
- Authorization to work in the US
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
- Valid driver's license with acceptable record
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain
- Pass DOT physical exam for medical card
- At least 3 years of related work experience
- Previous construction experience, preferably in telecommunications
- Physical abilities: work with arms above shoulder level at heights, in confined spaces, and in remote locations; climb stairs, use ladder, bend, stoop, stand, walk, lift up to 55 pounds; operate vehicle & heavy machinery
Qualifications
- Good computer skills, specifically database software and Excel
- Prior experience with Google applications a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Knowledge of construction practices and safety protocols
