Supervisor Telecom Construction Underground

About the role

We're seeking a Supervisor to join our team and help connect America through telecommunication construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the development and execution of projects and plans supporting the organization's long-term strategy
• Supervise day-to-day activities and project teams, ensuring project progress and compliance with predetermined deliverables
• Ensure adherence to project budgets and provide updates on monthly variance reports
• Identify and address project issues and risks, and develop response plans to resolve
• Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues
• Supervise staff to ensure accurate, ethical, consistent, and compliant construction activities according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive Telecommunications construction experience
• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• A Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related industry, or advanced training in the field
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD/Microstation drafting software
• Working knowledge of Geographic Information Systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs
• 1+ years of personnel and functional leadership experience and/or project management experience

• You must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• You must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
