Responsibilities

• Supervise and implement the Company Construction Program, ensuring each job site follows construction rules, practices, and policies
• Be available for call-outs
• Represent the company and interface with customers, developers, property owners, utilities, and municipalities
• Coordinate, lead, and assist crews, subcontractors, and other interested parties
• Ensure construction schedules are met on time
• Enforce all corporate policies and procedures
• Organize, plan, multitask, and prioritize daily workload with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
• Communicate effectively and professionally with all staff

Requirements

• 3+ years of supervisor experience in the telecommunications industry
• Working knowledge of telecommunications industry standards, practices, and regulations for fiber optic and copper cable outside plant construction
• Knowledge of aerial and underground construction methods and engineering requirements
• Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Willingness to work solo and in a team environment
• Experience working in all types of weather, including inclement conditions
• Self-starter with effective communication skills
