Supervisor Table Games Part-Time

Essential Job Functions

• Maintains integrity of assigned games and personnel.
• Makes sure all assigned gaming areas are opened and closed correctly.
• Verifies card decks and tracks player transactions.
• Monitors and corrects betting and payout errors.
• Safeguards assets and investigates guest complaints.
• Ensures compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Trains and manages staff according to organizational standards.
• Disciplines team members as recommended by Pit Manager.
• Assists in dealer performance reviews.
• Handles guest issues calmly and rationally.
• Remains alert to unusual activities and takes corrective action.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of related experience.
• One year of multi-game dealing experience.
• Knowledge of table games math, procedures, and game protection.
• Experience with at least two table games, such as blackjack, craps, roulette, and specialty games.
• Strong leadership skills focused on guest service and team member relations.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain necessary licenses.
