JOB SUMMARY

Supervise and manage the operation of table games at Riverwalk Casino in Vicksburg, MS. Ensure smooth operations, customer satisfaction, and adherence to gaming regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily operations of table games, ensuring compliance with gaming laws and regulations.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Train and mentor table game dealers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the gaming area.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless gaming experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
