Overview The Supervisor, Strategy selects media channels and programs for assigned clients based on the established strategic media approach, and with the input and expertise of cross-functional teams. They lead projects from start to finish, maintain account flowcharts, and oversee the creation of traffic workbooks and creative asset trackers. This person reports into the Associate Director, Strategy. Responsibilities Knowledge Pharma media experience, touching on a diverse set of conditions, disease states, and/or audiences (DTC, HCP, Payer, etc.)Familiarity the total marketing process and the strategic role of mediaUnderstanding of the role of media channels in a planExpertise in various media software, ie Prisma and MediaToolsProactively self-educates on PHM, Publicis Groupe, and client business functions, capabilities, tools, and processes Managing & Leading Others Supports the Director, Strategy and/or Associate Director, StrategyBuilds trust and shows respect for all employeesWorks collaboratively with cross-functional teams Trains junior-level Strategy team on tools and processesManages time and resources for direct reportsOn-boards and trains new hiresParticipates in formal development process, including performance management, goal-setting, mid- and yearly reviews for direct reportsNurtures and develops direct reportsParticipates in PHM’s interviewing efforts Strategy & Account Management Prepares and compiles various media plan and strategic presentationsPulls through overall media strategy on deliverablesHelps VP, Strategy drive the planning processMay work across multiple accounts and campaignsCollaborates with internal cross-functional leaders to ensure strategic alignment of deliverables with client needsProvides input on media channel mix and initial budget allocation and rationaleEnsures media flowcharts match financial documents (MBA’s) at all timesOversees creation and management of Creative Asset TrackersQA’s and guides Senior Associate on development of accurate traffic workbooksRepresents the interests of cross-functional teams in client and agency partner meetings where those teams are absentPushes for continuous improvement of self, team, and client deliverablesContributes to new business efforts as needed Client Service Builds a day-to-day relationship with appropriate clients on assigned brandsConveys passion for clients and their businessesProvides input to client to help shape their marketing prioritiesProvides outstanding client serviceInfluences clients through strong public speaking, presentation, and writing skills Qualifications Requirements Embraces PHM values of Accountability, Collaboration, Empathy, Equanimity, Integrity and RespectProven ability to manage people and projectsProven ability to earn the respect of clients, internal partners, and peersProven ability to manage challenging situations and personsProven ability to manage multiple accounts, campaigns, clients, etc.Excellent public speaking and presentation skillsExcellent written communication skills Education & Experience 3+ years media experienceCross-channel media knowledge and experienceFamiliarity with standard media research and planning tools (e.g. Clear Decisions)Pharmaceutical industry a plus Additional Information Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
