Supervisor - Special Events and Promotions

Responsibilities

• Create a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
• Promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of guest service and guest relations
• Adhere to policies and procedures as per regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals
• Develop and plan programs related to special events, promotions, entertainment, awareness, and media
• Set up and implement all programs, promotions, and events
• Prepare submissions for IGB approval to ensure accurate documentation
• Create and verify promotional offers with casino systems
• Execute social media and digital media content strategy and implementation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must obtain and maintain a gaming license from the Illinois Gaming Board
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must comply with Title 31 Bank Secrecy Act and Illinois Gaming Board regulations regarding Credit/Player Services transactions
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must possess high-level customer service skills
• Must be available to work weekends, weeknights, and holidays
• Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for prolonged periods (7+ hours)
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds occasionally
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English
• Must operate in mentally and physically stressful situations
