About the role
OMG23 is the Omnicom Media Group agency dedicated to Walt Disney Studios, Disney+, and Disney's multiple television networks. This role is a hybrid position based in Burbank, CA.
Responsibilities
- Lead paid social strategy and execution across platforms like Meta, X, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest
- Translate business and marketing goals into clear, effective social media plans
- Build and maintain paid social strategies that align with brand voice and campaign objectives
- Oversee campaign setup, pacing, optimization, and performance
- Act as a main point of contact for clients, providing clear communication and POVs
- Partner with internal teams to ensure social integrates across channels
- Identify KPIs, analyze performance, and turn results into actionable insights
- Explore new ad products, formats, and platform opportunities
- Guide and support team members through feedback, coaching, and collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience
- 4+ years of paid social experience (agency or entertainment experience is a plus)
- Deep knowledge of paid social platforms: Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, X, and YouTube
- Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Familiarity with platform tools like Meta Ads Manager and X Ads
- Basic HTML or CSS knowledge (nice to have)

Benefits
OMG23 offers competitive compensation, including a salary range of $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 annually, based on experience.

Schedule
This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA. Employees are required to work at least three days per week in the office, with the expectation that this requirement will increase over time.
