Supervisor Slice
Job Description
Responsible for the daily operations of the Supervisor Slice (Pizza Outlet), including maintenance and cleanliness of the food preparation area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED as well as a minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience in the food and beverage area, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
- Must have proven track record in a high volume capacity, preferably supervisory position, business management, purchasing and record keeping.
- Must have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Must possess basic mathematical skills which include ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide, specific to position responsibilities.
- Knowledge or acquired knowledge of computer and software applications, proficient in Excel and Word.

Work Environment
Frequent lifting/carrying of weights over 25 pounds, reaching, stooping, squatting and bending. Closing The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
