Supervisory Responsibilities
- Hires and trains new employees.
- Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of assigned Team.
- Counsels employees and handles discipline and termination as needed.
- Develops processes based on customer requirements to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Prepares standard operating procedures and work instructions in accordance with ISO 9001-2008.
- Performs continuous process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and productivity.
Data Analysis/Communication/Issue Resolution
- Supervises a team of repair technicians.
- Evaluates daily Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and customer Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Presents corrective and preventive actions to maintain superior service quality and continuous improvement.
- Completes projects assigned by Managers within the required timeframe.
- Recruits and trains qualified repair technicians based on approved work instructions.
- Maintains and develops record-keeping procedures and manages department training records.
- Aids in the development of KPI goals and objectives for the department.
- Aids other department supervisors to ensure smooth inter-departmental processes and procedures.
- Ensures daily housekeeping and workstation equipment layout, energy conservation.
- Flexible with working hours and availability to work during other assigned events.
- Aids in maintaining a great team work environment and high morale.
Warehouse Efficiencies/Cost Reduction
- Implements warehouse efficiencies and cost reduction programs.
- Conducts thorough analysis on key areas causing product and delivery issues.
- Buils and maintains a positive work environment through open feedback and communication.
- Assists in making better merchandise flow decisions by analyzing critical areas.
Team Leadership
- Maintains a positive work environment while supporting the company's culture.
- Fosters a healthy and safe work environment, focusing on the well-being of all associates.
- Maintains and strengthens internal, external customer, and supplier relationships.
- Manages inventory and allocation to flow through the warehouse in the most cost-efficient and productive manner.
Qualifications
- Education and/or Experience:
- BA in Computer Science or related field is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years work-related supervision experience in PC-related system repair service industry.
- Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude in dealing directly with customers.
- Ability to generate management reports in Excel and create SOP work instructions and procedures in Word.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Leverage lean manufacturing - 5S procedures experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detailed orientation.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Ability to adapt to new processes and/or flexible to changing tasks/assignments.

Working Conditions
- Moderate to high noise levels in a warehouse environment.
- Office and outside environmental conditions found in the warehouse, hot in the summer, cold in the winter.
- Extensive walking for an extended period of time while working and walking the facilities.
- Bend or stoop below the waist.
- Repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement.
- Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds (requires team lift).
