Supervisor - Security (Swing shift and Overnight Shift)

Responsibilities

• Supervises shift in Security Shift Manager’s absence
• Affords assistance to Security Shift Manager when both are on duty
• Oversight of floor activity to free up the Shift Manager for scheduling, reviewing, etc.
• Helps maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and company assets
• Supervises security staff on assigned shift
• Directs staff and assists in handling incidents and emergencies
• Sums up police/fire/medical agencies as necessary
• Fulfills gaming regulations, oversees required drops
• May schedule employees and assign tasks
• Provides input on performance for performance evaluations to Shift Manager and Director
