How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Supervise the daily activities of the assigned area(s)
• Ensure a safe environment by providing security services, patrolling premises, monitoring access, and responding to threats
• Investigate and document incidents
• Maintain emergency preparedness
• Assist staff and visitors
• Report problems or equipment issues

Minimum requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Wisconsin Concealed Weapons License (CCW) to be obtained within 90 days of hire or job transfer date (required)
• Driver's License credentialed from the Wisconsin Department of Motor Vehicles obtained within 90 days of hire or job transfer date (required)
• Preferred: BLS Provider (American Heart Association or American Red Cross), Driver's License (Wisconsin DMV), Law Enforcement, Management of Aggressive Behavior (Management of Aggressive Behavior Training International, Inc.), or Security Professional certification

Education: High School diploma equivalency and 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree and 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience (required).

Additional preferences

• 40 hours per week | Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM | No weekends
• Must be able to obtain a CCW permit
• Prior security experience and computer experience
