Responsibilities

  • Fosters a customer-focused culture and builds strong relationships with key customers.
  • Executes Trane Technologies RMX program.
  • Develops and coaches a strong, diverse team to achieve performance goals and business results.
  • Develops and executes annual operating plans for store.
  • Prepares and analyzes business forecasts and reports, conducts audits and reviews to ensure business process and financial compliance.
  • Manages store operations to ensure follow through, productivity, and quality in standard work and processes.
  • Oversees store inventory program to ensure inventory levels support customer availability and reduce OSMI (Obsolete Slow Moving Inventory).
  • Forecasts requirements and provides input to SIOP (Sales Inventory Operations Planning) process.
  • Responsible for showroom appearance.
  • Responsible for self-continuous education to stay current on market trends and products.
  • Occasionally operates a forklift and lifts up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

  • Ace’s (AA) degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A GED or High School Diploma required.
  • Two years supervisory experience preferred in a retail setting with proven sales experience and experience building customer relationships.
  • Results-driven, strong team player, and ability to maintain a high energy level even with challenging situations or customers.
  • Proficiency in an inventory management system or retail sales program a plus along with strong computer skills.
  • Basic understanding of Lean Principles.
  • Possesses a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included.

Pay

Annual Base Salary Range: $72,600.00 - $109,725.00
