About the Role
The clinical supervisor is responsible for supervising, directing, and scheduling clinical personnel within clinic locations. This role oversees day-to-day clinical activities of a medical office practice and collaborates with care team members to meet patient needs. The clinical supervisor works with site leadership to evaluate clinical staff performance, ensuring high-quality patient care and effective business operations. They partner with the site manager on budget recommendations and ensure adherence to clinical policies and procedures. The role involves maintaining cooperative relationships with physicians, advance practice providers, OSFMG Coordinators, Medical Center personnel, other OSF entities, and external agencies. The clinical supervisor leads by example, demonstrating professionalism and advocating for Mission Partners in the practice.
Pay
$37.05 - $54.54/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. This is a salaried position.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate's degree
- Associate's degree or graduate of an Accredited RN Program and 2 years of experience in a healthcare office setting
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience
