Supervisor Respiratory Care
About the role
Under the direction of the Manager, the Supervisor Respiratory Care co-manages and coordinates unit and supervises functions and activities. Interprets policies/procedures/protocols, standards and regulations as appropriate. Performs duties in any respiratory capacity as needed. Demonstrates proficiency in delivering care to assigned age-specific patient population (e.g., infants, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, pediatrics) and participates in related continuing education.

Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care Program
- Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
- 5 years Clinical experience

- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years Management level experience

Pay
The pay range for this position is $46.29 - $71.85. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Day shift.
