Purpose: “We champion and empower workers who make our world work better.” The Supervisor, RES reports to the Customization Manager and is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and efficient workflow within the distribution center's Customization area. This position oversees order processing, order allocation, customization documentation, payroll, contractor trim inventory, staffing, scheduling, and employee performance.
