About the role

Oversee the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective nursing care within a 36-bed short stay surgical hospital.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily nursing activities across assigned areas, ensuring adherence to policies, standards, and safety measures.
• Assist in analyzing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing processes and departmental programs.
• Contribute to the development and execution of service line strategic plans to enhance operational, financial, and clinical outcomes.
• Manage resources effectively, supporting staff development, performance, and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clinical and ancillary teams to meet quality, safety, and service excellence goals.
• Monitor patient outcomes, oversee team performance, and ensure consistent application of care standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred; RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical patient care experience; previous supervisory or healthcare management experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
