Responsibilities
- Directly supervise and train manufacturing staff in assigned areas.
- Lead, coach, and support the team's growth to reach maximum throughput.
- Conduct daily standup meetings, discussing goals, needs, and solutions.
- Prepare daily reports against planned manufacturing targets.
- Ensure all personnel have the necessary materials, tools and documents are adequate for an upcoming shift.
- Identify areas of improvement and collaborate cross-functionally on solutions.
- Assess future needs of production and develop plans to implement.
- Enforcement of OSHA standards and corrective action.
- Perform 7S and Lean projects.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- A minimum of 2 years of managing a team of manufacturing professionals.
- Experience leading a team within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Experience in manufacturing for across multiple product industries with rigorous quality standards.
- Self-motivated, hands-on, with a practical mindset, and capable of setting and reaching ambitious goals.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite Software, ERP Systems (EPICOR), Outlook, and others as needed.
Qualifications

Pay
- The annual base salary range for this position is $78,500 to $101,000.
- This role includes a pay differential of 10% on any applicable shift not included in the standard base-pay shifts.
Schedule
- This is a 12-hour position with the hours of 6 AM to 6 PM - Monday - Wednesday and alternating Thursdays.
