Responsibilities

  • Adhere to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements, including Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies, and operating procedures.
  • Provide direct supervision to manufacturing associates in one or more value streams or departments to achieve Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People performance goals.
  • Coordinate alignment of resources and equipment to achieve production goals through cross-functional leadership and adherence to Integer Values.
  • Lead manufacturing excellence through the Integer Production System (IPS), focusing on enterprise alignment, sustained change, standardization, associate engagement, and systems optimization.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate them to associates.
  • Promote an environment of diversity, open communication, and trust while mentoring associates to develop their skills.
  • Embed a culture of quality by ensuring adherence to QMS, facilitating corrective and preventive actions, and contributing to quality KPIs.
  • Manage by Gemba walks, observations, and active listening to improve processes and engage with team members.
  • Execute production plans in conjunction with planning and customer service teams, applying lean manufacturing principles to reduce variation and eliminate waste.
  • Audit processes and products (e.g., 5S, Safety, Quality, Production) to ensure compliance with Integer’s policies and procedures.
  • Communicate between shifts and departments to implement best practices and resolve problems.
  • Perform other duties as required.

  • Safety: Supports environmental, health, safety, and security as the top priority.
  • Quality: Ensures products are produced with the highest level of quality through adherence to QMS and quality KPIs.
  • Cost: Drives world-class utilization and efficiency of resources and equipment through lean initiatives.
  • Delivery: Coordinates production to achieve schedules and deliver products on time.
  • People: Promotes engagement and handles associate relations issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business-related discipline or a combination of education (High School diploma, Associate’s Degree) and 5 years of experience leading people and teams.
  • 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment with proven experience in Lean Manufacturing concepts.
  • Understands leadership principles, including creating and sharing a coordinated vision and aligning the organization.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, bias for action, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
