Supervisor, Production

Responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee routine inspection and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment within Utilities.
• Implement and supervise operational and safety procedures to comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Analyze operational data and reports to optimize performance and reduce operational costs.
• Liaise with external suppliers and contractors to secure essential supplies and services.
• Respond to emergency situations or equipment failures with effective problem-solving and leadership.
• Meet with staff regularly to discuss progress, changes in protocols, or updates in industry standards.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience, typically 5-10 years, in power plant operations or a similar industrial setting.
• A professional certification in plant operations or facility management can be advantageous.
• Strong leadership skills and prior supervisory experience are essential.
• Knowledge of industry-specific software and strong analytical abilities to manage operational data.
