Supervisor Pool

Job Description

Lead, schedule, and support the poolside food and beverage team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Assist with pool service operations, including food and drink service, inventory tracking, and opening/closing duties.

Resolve guest and operational concerns promptly and independently, escalating as needed to management.

Ensure sanitation and safety standards are met by monitoring cleanliness and proper food handling.

Support team members as needed, stepping into service roles to keep poolside hospitality flowing.

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of server experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
• Must meet state minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for entire shift, and work outdoors.
• Flexible schedule availability—including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
