Supervisor Plant Production-3rd Shift

About the role

The Production Supervisor at Agri-Mark/McCadam/Cabot Creamery is responsible for supervisory oversight of the facility with regard to dairy product processing, warehouse operations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the receiving of dairy products, processing of fluid products, condensing and drying operations, and butter operations.
• Oversee Warehouse operations.
• Handle regulatory, quality, personnel, sanitation, safety, and production adjustment decisions.
• Lead and supervise production team members.
• Initiate/support/participate in continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on effectiveness and efficiencies.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and provide guidance to trainees and coworkers.
• Perform duties with safety and quality in mind as priorities.
• Work additional hours over 40 and participate in weekend and holiday rotations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Manufacturing Experience in Dairy Manufacturing
• Preferred: Three to Eight Years Related Experience and/or Training; or Equivalent Combination of Education and/or Experience

Pay

\$70,000-\$85,000/yr. This range is an expected starting range but may be negotiable for candidates who demonstrate additional qualifications and experience.

Schedule

Hours of work will normally mirror the regular shift hours with additional time before and after the shift for changeover responsibilities.
