About the role

As the Pharmacy Technician Supervisor, you oversee a team of pharmacy technicians and ensure the safe and efficient dispensing of medications by managing workflow, assigning tasks, training staff, monitoring performance, and maintaining compliance with pharmacy regulations. In this role, you actively participate in creating an environment fostering patient, family, physician, and employee satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• 5 years of experience as a pharmacy technician
• Active Ohio Board of Pharmacy Certified Technician License (if working in Ohio)
• Active Michigan Board of Pharmacy Technician License (if working in Michigan)
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (either PTCB or ExCPT (NHA) exam permitted)
• Achievement of CPhT-Adv certification through PTCB

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with medical terminology and pharmacy software systems

Schedule

Shift time: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
No weekend rotation
