Supervisor Pharmacy Technician/IS - Pharmacy - AM (016)

Job Description

To maintain the receiving and distribution of supplies, including medications for the department. To perform supply-related inventory control functions and provide supervision and training of technical staff.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED
• Five (5) years of related experience required
• Currently registered or eligible to be registered as a pharmacy technician or pharmacy intern/extern by the Alabama Board of Pharmacy (ALBOP) required
• Active registration will be required prior to date of hire
• Currently certified as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or other nationally recognized and accredited certification program requiring examination
