About the role

The Buyer Planner II is responsible for sourcing and negotiating vendor contracts, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Source and negotiate vendor contracts for materials and services
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
• Monitor contract performance and make adjustments as necessary
• Comply with all procurement policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in procurement
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
