Supervisor, Pharmacy Operations
About the role
Supports the hospital's medication use functions, through the promotion of cost-effective resource utilization, the establishment of efficient work processes, and the identification and implementation of exemplary pediatric pharmacy practices. Provides direction and leadership to achieve pharmacy department goals and vision. Oversees day-to-day inpatient pharmacy processes. Performs the duties and responsibilities of a Pharmacist as required.
Responsibilities
- Promote cost-effective resource utilization and efficient work processes.
- Identify and implement exemplary pediatric pharmacy practices.
- Provide direction and leadership to achieve pharmacy department goals and vision.
- Oversee day-to-day inpatient pharmacy processes.
- Perform the duties and responsibilities of a Pharmacist as required.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
- Two years experience working as a pharmacist.
- Pediatric pharmacy practice experience.
- Experience with presentation/teaching.
Qualifications
- Licensed by the Washington State Board of Pharmacy as a pharmacist.
Skills
- Leadership and supervisory experience.
- Advanced degree in pharmacy.
- Pediatric hospital pharmacy experience.
- Pediatric residency training.
- Licensed pharmacy preceptor.
- Successful cross-disciplinary process coordination.
- Committee leadership experience.
- Project management experience.

Pay
$157,290.00 - $235,936.00 per year
Schedule
Full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year)
