About the role

Supervisor Pharmacy for Providence Ambulatory Pharmacy in Portland, Oregon. Full‑time, day‑shift position providing department supervision and daily operational control. The Pharmacy Supervisor serves as the Pharmacist‑in‑Charge (PIC) and ensures the pharmacy complies with Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations and other state and federal laws. Located at Providence St. Vincent Medical Office Building, East Pavilion, 9155 SW Barnes Rd, Portland, OR. On‑site work. Responsibilities

• Manage pharmacy operations.
• Performance management including supervision of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, pharmacy clerks, and other pharmacy staff.
• Oversee workflow development, production efficiency, and operational execution.
• Execute financial and growth strategies and budgets.
• Assist pharmacy leadership with implementation and promotion of regional and system pharmacy strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Oregon Pharmacist License (or Oregon Pharmacist Preceptor License) upon hire.
• 1 year of retail or specialty practice experience.

Qualifications

• PharmD in Pharmacy or equivalent education/experience.
• 1 year experience acting as a Pharmacist‑in‑Charge.
• 1 year experience in a leadership/supervisory role.

Pay

The base pay range for this position is $83.92 – $134.17 per hour. Additional compensation may be available, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
